Real Brides: Scarleth
We actually met way back in high school. We were friends for years before anything romantic even sparked. We were in the same friend group. We shared a lot of laughs, and he was always someone I could rely on. It wasn't until after graduation, when we'd both grown a little, that I started to see him in a different light.
That feeling when you find "the one" is truly something special! For me, it wasn't a dramatic, tearful moment like you see in movies, but more of a profound sense of rightness. When I put on my dress, it was like all the pieces clicked into place.
Firstly, the way it fit felt effortless. It hugged me in all the right places and allowed me to move comfortably – which was important because I wanted to actually enjoy wearing it all day! Beyond the fit, it was the details that really spoke to me. The delicate ivy leaves on the sleeves felt so unique and personal, perfectly capturing the whimsical touch I was hoping for. And the intricate lace? It just felt like me.
